The padding is compatible with all Kep Italia helmets and corresponds to the rider’s head circumference. KEP paddings are divided into 12 sizes, depending on the shell size: Medium shell, paddings from 51 to 58; Large shell, paddings from 59 to 62. The KEP Italia padding is a single piece and can be easily removed and repositioned inside the helmet. It can be washed by hand or in a washing machine at 30 degrees or in cold water. It is made of Coolmax®, a fabric that uses a fiber capable of keeping the temperature cool and facilitating skin hydration, while allowing rapid moisture absorption. Since the padding corresponds to the rider’s size, it allows those who sometimes ride with loose hair and sometimes with tied hair to have two interchangeable paddings of different sizes. The same convenience applies to children who are still growing and whose head size changes easily. Parents can purchase the next size up and replace the one that has become too tight, without needing to buy a new helmet. Standard Padding: available in black and beige. Endurance Padding: black color with a micro-perforated mesh base. Winter Padding: black color, protects the rider’s ears and nape from the cold.
