GENERAL CONDITIONS OF SALE


KEP Italia s.r.l. With registered office in via A. Volta 11/13 Calvagese della Riviera, 25080 (BS) Italy, VAT id No. and Tax Code  03418990168, is wholly responsible for managing the online store and related eCommerce activities of the website www.kepitalia.com


1. Completion of agreements

This agreement between KEP Italia s.r.l. and the Customer is understood to have been completed with the confirmation of the order by KEP Italia s.r.l. according to the methods and terms indicated in point 2. The completion of the agreements involves the Customer having read and fully accepted these general conditions of sale.
If the Customer is a consumer, once the online purchase procedure has been completed, they shall print or save an electronic copy and in any case keep these general conditions of sale, in compliance with the provisions of Articles 3 and 4 of Italian Legislative Decree 185/99 on distance selling.


2. Methods of purchase

The Customer can only purchase the products included in the online catalogue and on the configurator at the time of placing the order and viewable online at www.kepitalia.com as described in the relevant information sheets. The order will be validly processed upon receipt of the confirmation of payment for the order.
Correct receipt of the order shall be confirmed by KEP Italia s.r.l.  by an e-mail reply, sent to the e-mail address supplied by the Customer. This confirmation message will contain the date and time of order execution and a Customer order number to be used in any further communication with KEP Italia s.r.l. The message summarises all the data entered by the Customer, any information relating to the essential characteristics of the goods, the price, payment methods, delivery methods and costs and applicable taxes. The Customer must check its correctness and promptly communicate any corrections, according to the methods described in this document.
In the event of non-acceptance of the order, KEP Italia s.r.l. guarantees timely communication to the Customer.


3. Prices

The products will be sold at the list prices in effect at the time of the order by the Customer. The carriage costs are added to the list price of the products and are calculated at the time of the order.


4. Carriage methods

For carriage in Italy, Europe and non-EU countries, KEP Italia s.r.l. uses an express courier system.
Customs fees info:

Carriage to: Andorra, Brazil, Canada, Faroe Islands, Hong Kong, Iceland, Liechtenstein, Macao, Macedonia, Mexico, Monaco (Principality of), Norway, Switzerland, USA may be subject to customs fees that are established by the customs in the country of destination. KEP Italia s.r.l. cannot predict the amount of these fees which shall be borne by the buyer.


5. Payment methods

The Customer can make payment by credit card via Paypal or Bank Transfer (for the latter, request information from Customer Service before making a purchase). It is not necessary to have a Paypal account to make a payment, just follow the purchase procedure and enter the credit card number when requested. Simultaneously with the Customer’s order, the reference bank will authorize the debit to the Customer's credit card or Paypal account. In the event that the Customer exercises the right of withdrawal, in the manner defined in point 6 below, the amount previously charged to the bank account indicated by the Customer will be transferred, excluding carriage costs already incurred.


6. Right of withdrawal

It is possible to rethink your purchase made on the website www.kepitalia.com and return the purchased item within 14 (fourteen) calendar days from the date of delivery.
Items can be returned in the following cases: 
-    If you have reconsidered your purchase
-    If the purchased item has been delivered to you damaged, defective, different from what you ordered or does not comply with the sales contract. 
NB the return policy does not apply in the case of personalized and/or used items
After 14 days from delivery, to obtain warranty assistance for items sold by KEP Italia, it is necessary to contact Customer Service .

To best manage procedures, the Customer is required to carefully respect the methods indicated on this page, waiting for the confirmations by our operators, when requested.
Requests sent by e-mail or telephone will not be accepted.
The replacement, return and refund procedures apply exclusively to Private Customers. These methods do not apply to retailers. 
The goods must be returned in their original condition, complete in all their parts, with the original packaging (where possible also with the box it was dispatched in) and with the original labels, together with the relative purchase invoice.
If the goods are not received in the due conditions and form, the seller reserves the right to evaluate the request.
Product replacement for size change
If the purchased size is not suitable, it is possible to request the product be replaced with one of the correct size. The costs of returning and carriage for the new item are charged to the customer.

How to replace products for size change:
1.    Make the request using the specific form, when filling in, specify in the notes the reason "Size change"
2.    Wait for confirmation from one of our operators that the request has been received
3.    Send the product to Kep Italia by parcel or courier of your choice
4.    Wait for one of our operators to check the returned product
5.    Pay the new carriage costs by following the instructions received by e-mail
6.    Receive the new product sent by Kep Italia
In the event that the Customer decides to replace the product with a product whose price is higher than the one previously paid, payment of the difference will be required. 
In the event that the Customer decides to replace the product with a product whose price is lower than the one previously paid, there is no refund of the difference.
Return with refund (right of withdrawal)
The Customer who is dissatisfied with the purchase and does not wish to replace it with any other product has the possibility to exercise the right of withdrawall within 14 working days of receipt of the product as required by current legislation, Articles 52 et seq. of Italian Legislative Decree 206/2005 as amended by Italian Legislative Decree 21/2014.
The costs of returning the product shall be borne by the Customer, who must return the products by post or other trusted carrier.
The refund will be made by bank transfer or Paypal.
To request a return with refund (right of withdrawal) you must write to [email protected], specifying as the subject "Return with refund" and wait for the instructions from our staff on the procedures to follow to make the return.
The e-mail must contain:
•    All the Customer's personal data: Name, Surname, Email and Telephone
•    Order number of the products to be returned
•    Codes of the products to be returned
•    Reason for the return
•    IBAN and holder of the account that will receive the refund, or Paypal address.
Once the request has been received and verified, we will contact you to provide you with the instructions for making the return.
Warning: do not send products without first receiving a confirmation from our staff. 
Once the returned product has been verified by our staff, it will be possible to receive the refund in your bank or Paypal account within 20 days from the items’ date of return.
