Return Policy
Return available within 14 days of delivery.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, the Buyer must submit the request within fourteen (14) days from receipt of the goods by accessing their personal account area on www.kepitalia.com.

Within the “My Returns” section, the Buyer must select “New Request”, identify the order for which the return is requested, and select the item subject to the return request. Once the guided procedure has been completed, the request will be forwarded to the Seller.
Following submission of the request, the Buyer will receive the instructions necessary for returning the goods.


The product must be returned intact, with the original packaging, labels, and invoice.
It is not possible to return customized products made via the KEP Configurator, with name tags or customized accessories.
