Return available within 14 days of delivery.
You can return a product purchased on kepitalia.com within 14 days of delivery by sending an email to customerservice@kepitalia.com with the subject "Return for refund".
The product must be returned intact, with the original packaging, labels, and invoice.
It is not possible to return customized products made via the KEP Configurator, with name tags or customized accessories.
